# フォームを作成する
フォームを作成する
新規にフォームを作成する際は、管理画面ヘッダーの「フォーム追加」をクリックして下さい。
2026年1月にリリースした新エディタを使う場合は、トップに有る「新しい画面を使ってみる」から遷移できます。
フォームを作成したら、まず基本的な設定を進めましょう。設定可能な項目の一覧は [フォーム詳細 > 編集](/immedio-forms/form-detail/edit.md#basic-settings) の「基本設定」を参照してください。
これが完了したら、次に入力画面を設定しましょう。
