# アウトバウンドプロンプト管理

アウトバウンド文言を生成するためのプロンプトを一覧で管理する画面です。

フォーム営業、メール、お手紙等で利用するアウトバウンド文言をAIで自動生成するためのプロンプトを管理する画面です。AIがリサーチをもとに相手先企業向けにカスタマイズした文言を生成します。

作成済みのプロンプトが一覧で表示されます。プロンプトをクリックすると[編集画面](/immedio-box/outbound-prompts/edit.md)が開きます。

新しいプロンプトを作成するには、画面右上の「アウトバウンドプロンプト作成」ボタンをクリックします。プロンプトの作成後、実際に文言を生成する手順は[アウトバウンド文言を生成する](/immedio-box/guides/outbound-prompt/create-outbound-message.md)を参照してください。

## 一覧の表示項目

| 項目  | 説明                          |
| --- | --------------------------- |
| 表示名 | プロンプトの管理名称。クリックすると編集画面に遷移する |
| 作成者 | プロンプトを作成したユーザーの氏名           |
| 作成日 | プロンプトの作成日                   |
| 操作  | 複製・削除のメニュー                  |

一覧は検索が可能で、表示名などのキーワードで絞り込めます。

## 操作メニュー

各プロンプトの行にある操作メニュー（⋮）から、以下の操作ができます。

| 複製 | プロンプトのコピーを作成する   |
| 削除 | プロンプトを削除する（復元不可） |
